Spend our time here greatly. Room cost is US$ 117. Right by the downtown, 10 minutes on foot.
Everything in the hotel was fine, the place was very clean. We would stay here again on our next trip to Colton.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the inn and suites.
The only problem we had was at the booking in. I used bookings.com for the booking but when I arrived they were not going to give me the price I was quoted as it did not match their computer. We were left hanging for the night not knowing if we were able to stay at the price we were given. The hotel decided to honour the price after I printed off the email sent to me by bookings.com. I was not impressed and am still annoyed at the tension this caused.
Very convenient to Arrowhead Regional Medical Center, which I was there for on family emergency. I had to extend my stay for two more days and they easily accommodated me as well as honored the same discounted price for the extra two nights. The picturesque grounds included gazebo, beautiful lamp posts and manicured landscape overlooking the pool and hot tub. The scenic view of the hills from the gazebo at evening time gave me hours of sereen quite time and helped me reflect the events that had led me to stay there.
The African-American desk woman who had stepped in for someone who had called out was the nicest- genuinely. Her immediate greeting and care were comforting and efficient, and her required call to ensure that we found our room and accommodations all right was nothing short of kind (again, in a genuine sense). The morning was a completely different experience; a zoo, rather. Granted, the front desk staff seemed to have their hands full with trying to attempt to microwave eggs, tidy up the dining area, and dealing with patrons wanting food, thereby leaving staff to run around. The staff member we caught was immediate in caring for our departure, and very kind, and had he not the burden of a chaotic breakfast, he would have been more available. It seems your free breakfast could use a bit better organization to prevent the staff from spinning. Btw, we were pleasantly surprised by how pleasant our room was- relatively up-to-date and clean, spacious, and everything worked! The room was impressive enough to draw us back.
They have a confortable beds...I Really like and I want to come back again...very nice..
Well priced and well appointed. Would recommend this for a business trip or an overnight stay, but not for a holiday.
The hotel room was overly hot, so I had to turn the ac on even though it was just 65 degrees outside. The ice machine didn't work. Despite being nearly empty they put all 7 or 8 of the guests all near each other when they could have spread us out and peacefulness sake. I left super early - no reason to stay.
